Confirm the boundary between FlexHub-ecosystem enquiries and your Walmart seller account. A messaging assistant does not automatically have listing, pricing or inventory authority.
Separate the records
| Record | Owner or source to identify |
|---|---|
| Product detail | Approved brand/catalog information. |
| Available inventory | Current authorized stock record and its definitions. |
| Warehouse order | Accepted release, SKU mapping and packing instructions. |
| Walmart listing | Seller-authorized platform account and supported provider. |
| Exception or approval | Named account owner and operational contact. |
Ask what the workflow actually does
Can it answer a question, prepare information for review or take a defined action? Which account and permission support that action? How is the result confirmed? Ask those questions before assuming automatic order validation, sales analytics or listing management.
Use a product enquiry carefully
Provide a product reference and the information you need. The team confirms current availability and the next appropriate step. The website does not take orders or payments, and its future inventory categories will be populated through the WMS connection after validation.
Keep the people in the process
Pooja coordinates account requirements and George reviews warehouse questions. Marketplace support, integration work and any FlexBot-related process are scoped separately. This provides a clear route without claiming universal control of external systems.
Start with your actual operation.
Bring the product, order or system details behind your question so the team can review the relevant scope.
