What do you need for a fulfillment quote?+
Start with an approximate SKU count, storage footprint, monthly orders, items per order, weights, dimensions and destinations. Add any retailer rules, kitting, returns or special handling. Estimates are enough to begin; the agreed scope and charges come before activation.
How are receiving discrepancies handled?+
The team checks the receipt against the expected product identifiers, quantity and condition. Bring the shipment reference and expected quantities to your Account Manager; the warehouse reviews the discrepancy and coordinates the next instruction. Additional inspection or photo work is scoped when required.
Is same-day fulfillment available?+
The documented standard small-parcel cutoff is 2 p.m. local for qualifying same-day pick and pack. Order release, available stock, operating schedule, packing requirements and your account terms determine eligibility. Carrier transit time is separate from warehouse dispatch.
Can I keep my platforms and carrier accounts?+
Review all 25 platform and data-connection options in the integration directory. Some workflows use existing partners; others require scoped custom work. We confirm permissions, SKU/location mapping, order, inventory and tracking flows, and carrier-account or supplied-label requirements before launch.
How do returns work?+
Agree RMA identification, inspection criteria, stock status and disposition instructions before receiving returns. Your business decides the restock, hold or disposition rules; FlexHub performs the agreed warehouse work and records the outcome. Repairs, detailed inspection, photos or repacking require a defined scope.
