FLEXHUB · INVENTORY LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT
FLEXHUB QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Good questions.
Clear next steps.

Understand the operation, the people and the requirements before choosing your inventory partner.

Ask the FlexHub team
Can FlexHub fulfill orders and help sell my products?

Yes. FlexHub receives, stores, picks, packs and ships your inventory. Brands using FlexHub’s 3PL operation can also apply for managed retail distribution under a separate agreement. FlexHub handles the buyer outreach and sales work; product fit, contract terms and buyer approval determine each opportunity.

Is distribution available without a FlexHub 3PL account?

No. Managed retail distribution is exclusively for FlexHub 3PL clients. FlexHub does not purchase your inventory for resale. Your brand retains inventory ownership and provides the product information and approvals defined in the distribution agreement.

Can I purchase products on this website?

This website is for product discovery and inventory enquiries. It does not take orders or payments. Categories and inventory will be populated from the new WMS after connection and validation. Confirmed featured products may link directly to the client’s own store.

What do you need for a fulfillment quote?

Start with an approximate SKU count, storage footprint, monthly orders, items per order, weights, dimensions and destinations. Add any retailer rules, kitting, returns or special handling. Estimates are enough to begin; the agreed scope and charges come before activation.

Where is FlexHub based?

Our confirmed operating base is 297 Getty Ave, Building 2, Unit 3J, Paterson, NJ 07503. Coordinate visits and inbound appointments with the team. Service selection and carrier transit estimates determine delivery reach; we do not advertise a multi-warehouse network.

Who will I contact about my inventory?

Pooja Supawala is your Account Manager and George Torres is the Warehouse Manager. Account support includes direct WhatsApp communication. Share the order, SKU or shipment reference and the decision needed. Support hours, escalation and any response commitments are agreed for your account.

How are receiving discrepancies handled?

The team checks the receipt against the expected product identifiers, quantity and condition. Bring the shipment reference and expected quantities to your Account Manager; the warehouse reviews the discrepancy and coordinates the next instruction. Additional inspection or photo work is scoped when required.

Is same-day fulfillment available?

The documented standard small-parcel cutoff is 2 p.m. local for qualifying same-day pick and pack. Order release, available stock, operating schedule, packing requirements and your account terms determine eligibility. Carrier transit time is separate from warehouse dispatch.

What shipping savings are shown?

The approximately 65% domestic and 80% international figures are owner-provided FlexHub estimates against national domestic and international average rates. They are not an independently established market benchmark or a shipment quote. Rates vary with carrier, service, route, dimensions, weight and surcharges. Compare representative actual shipments with the team.

Can I keep my platforms and carrier accounts?

Review all 25 platform and data-connection options in the integration directory. Some workflows use existing partners; others require scoped custom work. We confirm permissions, SKU/location mapping, order, inventory and tracking flows, and carrier-account or supplied-label requirements before launch.

Is the new WMS already live?

The proprietary WMS is in development for FlexHub. Existing client portal access and current agreed workflows continue. Website inventory, native connections and the concept interface remain planned until the contracted scope, testing and activation are complete.

How do returns work?

Agree RMA identification, inspection criteria, stock status and disposition instructions before receiving returns. Your business decides the restock, hold or disposition rules; FlexHub performs the agreed warehouse work and records the outcome. Repairs, detailed inspection, photos or repacking require a defined scope.

Where can I review the service terms?

The Business Services Agreement, Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy remain linked from every footer. Services, pricing, responsibilities and account-specific commitments are agreed before work begins.
